Experience

Over the past decade, I have worked on variety of projects for a variety of clients in print as well as interactive medium, taking responsibilities that range from managing people to hands on development. Here is a list of companies I have worked with.

• Conducting system study and needs, learner and task analyses on projects.
• Designing the solution, driving innovative thinking in design output and processes and explaining and presenting the design solution to the client.
• Reviewing the design from a functional, cross-functional and end-user perspective
• Ensuring creation of high-quality project documents - FSD, DSD, end-of-project documentation, etc.
• Liaising with the client through the implementation of the project to ensure consistent and regular communication on all key issues.
• Monitoring of reportees' performance and appraisals, conduction training and coaching them for individual development.
• Writing proposals for various solutions for new and existing clients.

QAI India is one of the biggest quality organizations in India. The company has an e-learning division that aims at providing Software Management training. My job started with creating the visual identity, decide the positioning strategy and develop the over all design guide for the brand. Supervised the creative team of 4 to develop WBTs and CBTs.

Joined the company as a site producer and produced a major B2B trading platform and after 2 months I was asked to head the creative delivery team, which includes Visual and Interactive Design, Usability, Information Architecture and Content. Responsibilities included meeting clients at the initial stage to get a creative brief, thinking of concepts and make user interface based on those concepts and making presentations to the clients.
