Mira or Sunita as she is officially known, became my wife on 10th December 2001. This was an arranged marriage, which means we didn't met and fell in love with each other and decided to get married. On the contrary our parents arranged a match.

We met for the first time on 25th August 2001 and the following day, we got engaged. After that the date of wedding was finalised to be 10th of December. In between, there weren't many interactions between us. One reason was distance. I was in Delhi and she was in Nangal. We called each other a few times and once met as well when she got here for shopping.

Fourth of the five kids, (4 sisters, 1 brother). She was born and brought up in Nangal, which is a small town in Punjab located near Bhakra Dam and Shri Anandpur Sahib.

She did her schooling from Punjab School Education Board. And later went on to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Punjabi University, Patiala. Unlike me she's outgoing and was involved in a lot of extra curricular activities like NCC & Girl Guide. She has won prizes on Republic day parade as well. After completing her studies, she taught computer to kids in school and left that job after we got married.

Since then, she is a housewife and most of her time is spent in taking care of the house and learning to do new things on computer. She has a sharp mind and is quick to pickup new things. She showed an interest in what I do and over the past few months, she has learned how to work in PhotoShop & Flash and she also understands a fair bit of HTML as well.

This site wasn't possible without her as she keys-in all the data I write and also manages the updates.
