There are a few things that are timeless and one among them in MUTP and MUIP. Timeless because they have no concept of time. Even before I moved to Bombay, JV Link Road was under renovation. From a normal tar road they are converting it to a concrete road.

In the last three years a lot has changed including the government of India but what has not changed is this board asking people to bear with them for a better tomorrow. I guess someone just got bored of waiting for tomorrow and realised it may never come.
